Each month, Karen offers Tele-Class opportunities which cover a broad range of topics. Check back often, as the list continues to grow.

Prior to each class you attend, please turn off all other electronic devices (cell phones, pagers, timers, etc) that could be a distraction. Also, it is helpful to ask someone to watch your children, and to respect your need for time to yourself. There will be an opportunity to log in to a chat room to help wth questions etc. The Tele-Classes will be closed to call-ins 10 minutes after start time. Respecting the confidentially of the participants, no portion of these tele-classes may be recorded by anyone.

Shamanic Journey Skills
This class will cover shamanic cosmology and introduce you to journeying as a way of connectingwith your helping spirit(s) and as a way of direct revelation. hen we will practice shmanic journeying and skill building. Please be in a quiet space when you call in. Also, an eye covering is helpful. Some people journey laying down so you might want to have a blanket and pillow handy. Have your journal and pen so you can record our journeys. It is important to attend the class in its entirety.

"Removing Energetic Cords and Learning to Stay Clear"
In this class, we will explore energetic cording, why it occurs, what it's affects are, and how to remove them. Removing energetic cords creates a clear field and restores vitality and well-being.
Also...
How many times have we come away from situations feeling slimed, attacked, broadsided or otherwise "infested" by what seems to be negative and hurtful energy? This teleconference is in response to some discussion about how to stay protected energetically. I will be teaching a method of building your
protective power from within, as well as removing those energetic "cords" that drain our vitality and keep us from truly experiencing our true selves. Portions of this tele-gathering are experiential so please make sure you will not be distracted during this time.
